We understand that life with young children is unpredictable. Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Consultations

  • Cancel/reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice → full refund or one reschedule

  • Cancel with less than 48 hours → 50% refund or one-time reschedule

  • No-shows → no refund

Custom Play Plans & Digital Resources

  • Once delivered, custom resources are non-refundable

  • Please check all details are correct before submission
