Terms and Conditions for Curious Minds

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Curious Minds website and services.

1. Who We Are

Curious Minds offers personalised play-based consultations and resources for parents and caregivers.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to:

  • Harm, harass, or exploit others

  • Interfere with its functioning

  • Distribute spam or harmful software

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are made through Calendly and payments processed via Stripe.

  • Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice: full refund or reschedule

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule

  • No-shows: no refund

Custom resources or plans delivered before cancellation are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including session guides, resources, blog posts, and visuals, are the intellectual property of Curious Minds and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Information is provided for educational purposes only. Curious Minds is not liable for:

  • How information is applied

  • Delays, disruptions, or technical issues

  • Any damages arising from the use of this site or services

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18+ to purchase services or access consultations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
